At 8:00 pm the night before family was to arrive for overnight stay, discovered our a/c unit was not cooling. Call RKL 24hr number....within the hour Karla called and assured us they would take care of us the following day. Buddy showed up mid day and had us up and running again ready for our guests. Highly recommend

I just have to say that Robert & Karla are wonderful, Christian people and RKL is a great company with great employees. Due to my husband being off work after having amputation surgery and me recently being diagnosed with cancer, of course money was short. They were willing to work out a payment plan with us which most won't do. I sincerely recommend them.

I can not recommend these folks highly enough. A couple of years ago the were gracious enough to fixture some work that someone else did. It finish. Yesterday, on Sunday 8/4/2019, they came to work on our AC system. It was only 86 in our house when the technician got there. He had it repaired and got it cooling again for us. Great people and a great company. They have become our HVAC company of choice.
