I was having heating issues and wasn't please with other company who came (Dash) ! I call RKL and spoke with Jessica who was awesome and informing about there work. They sent someone out within minutes after I call. Buddy the service Tech was great and gave me a honest diagnostic . I highly recommend RKL for heating and air service . Oh and there price was way cheaper/better than others! Very please I will do another review after they install my new unit. Thanks great customer service !

I left a message at 7:30 this morning. At 8:00 Buddy called and was on his way. My OLD a/c unit is running again! In the past I called other companies for service . When they arrived they would begin telling me I needed a new unit & did not look at my old one. When the time comes I am certain that RKL will be the company that installs a new unit.

We haven't had the pleasure of service yet as we had to cancel with plans to reschedule but the customer service was phenomenal. They have a tough job fielding calls and getting everything sorted. It is that time when they're probably being flooded with requests right now. So the fact they could get us in at all was amazing. It can be pretty chaotic so my hats off to you. Know your hard work doesn't go unnoticed.
